Bring an item of value to either store. We assess it on the spot, agree on a loan amount and term, and you walk out with cash. Pay back the loan plus interest within the agreed term to redeem your item.

We loan a fair percentage of an item's resale value, which depends on what it is, condition, and current market price. We can't loan the full retail value because we have to cover costs if you choose not to redeem. We'll tell you the loan amount before you commit.

Australian law requires us to verify identity. Bring a current photo ID such as a driver's licence or passport, plus proof of address (utility bill or bank statement). You must be 18 or older.

We've operated for close to 30 years and treat every item with care. For peace of mind, we recommend you keep the item insured under your home contents policy while it's with us.
